1. Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 29.07.2021 and an order dated 06.08.2021, by which the petitioner has been relieved the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Perusal of the pleadings would show that petitioner has been relieved much before the writ petition itself was filed. Moreover, the distance between the two place of posting is also not quite far. Nonetheless, if at all if petitioner is aggrieved of the order of transfer the only recourse now that can be granted is of approaching the respondent Authorities on the administrative side ventilating his grievance. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer a representation to the respondents and on such representation

-2being made, the respondent Authorities may decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
