In this writ petition, which is a public interest litigation, allegations had been made against the Sarpanch of village panchayat, Khapridih of certain scheme not having been done or completed. 2.

An enquiry seems to have been carried out by a Committee and report has been submitted which has been brought on record alongwith a covering memo.

The findings being what they are, it is left open now to the Petitioners to move the competent authority to take action against the Sarpanch by following due process of law. At this stage, nothing further is required to be ordered or directed in this case except the liberty which has been granted to the Petitioners, as above. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
