This is the second Application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Applicant who was arrested on 25.1.2012 in connection with Crime No. 113/2010 registered at Police StationRamanujganj, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of IPC.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that during pendency of the present bail application before this Court, the Applicant has since expired and therefore the bail application has become infructuous. 3.
