1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation for grant of retiral dues is pending before respondent No.3 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and

decide the petitioner's representation for grant of retiral dues expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is finally disposed off.
