1. After arguing for sometimes, the counsel for the petitioner confines his relief for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation that he has made, so far as the appointment granted to the respondent No.4 is concerned before the higher authorities in the department. He prays for a direction to the authorities to consider and decide the same.

2. Not opposed by the respondents.

3. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the representation of the petitioner which is pending consideration in the department since 07.09.2016 be decided expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of 90 days.
