The Municipal Council has passed an order on 21-11-2017 considering the petitioner's case for regularisation in terms of the circular dated 5-3-2008, therefore, the order passed by this Court in WPS No.2766 of 2013 stands complied with.

The petitioner may prefer duly constituted writ petition afresh, if so advised. 3.
