(C) No. 1725 of 2017 & W.P.(C) 2581 of 2017 dated 03.07.2017 & 20.09.2017, respectively, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the District Magistrate, Raipur to ensure the compliance of this Court's orders dated 03.07.2017 & 20.09.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1725 of 2017 & W.P.(C) 2581 of 2017, respectively. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the District Magistrate, Raipur and, in turn, District Magistrate, Raipur shall

ensure the compliance of this Court's orders dated 03.07.2017 & 20.09.2017 in its letter and spirit.

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
