The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 130/2015 registered in Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 364(a), 34 of Indian Penal Code & 25, 27 of Arms Act. 2.

As per the prosecution case, on 14/05/2015 applicant entered into the house of the complainant, husband of the complainant namely Subhash Bakhla while he was talking on phone and thereafter received amount of Rs.11 lakhs as ransom and he was released. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicants have not been named in the FIR and further the identification is also made after two

months, therefore applicants have been falsely implicated and no case is made out.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Taking into fact that applicants have been identified and still investigation is on and taking in to account previous background, this court is not inclined to release the applicants on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. Certified copy as per rules.
