The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.676/2021 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Sarguja (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the

MCRC No. 6568 of 2021 Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4. Permission granted.
