Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) has not considered the letter dated 29.03.2017 issued by respondent No. 2- Collector, Bilaspur regarding payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount to the petitioner till date. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue)/Land Acquisition Officer, Kota, District Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
