Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) which is a transfer order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Jashpur.

As per the objection raised by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, since the order was passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, the alternative statutory appellate remedy is available under the Chhattsigarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules 1995. The petitioner therefore wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the appropriate alternative statutory remedy available to him under the aforesaid Rules.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
