Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/01/2017 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the State placed before the Court the original note-sheet signed by the authority which contains list of transfer including that of the petitioner also in which the petitioner is proposed to be transferred on administrative grounds only.

2. In view of the above, the stand of the respondent that the transfer order was issued showing the petitioner as transferred on her own request because of the typographical mistake, I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned transfer order.
