ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 15.01.2017 challenging the selection of Respondents No.6 to 8 issued by Respondent No.1.

In view of compromise arrived at between the parties through Compromise Petition (Docket) dated 22.4.2018, the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. 3.
