Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order or direction be issued to the respondents No. 4 and 5 for registration of NCPH Hospital as provided under Chhattisgarh State Upcharyagriha Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye Anugyapan Adhiniyam of 2010 and to remove the deficiency of the X-Ray Plant of the hospital and also to initiate process for obtaining TLD Badge to the petitioner from accredited laboratory for which the petitioner has already made representation before the respondent

authorities on 05.07.2018 (Annexure - P/9).

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 5 - SECL is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take decision on the said representation and also to consider the case of the petitioner for providing Personnel Monitoring Device (TLD Badge) to the petitioner, if the petitioner is entitled as per his entitlement, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
