Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the impugned order has attained its natural demise and no longer in force. It is submitted that the petitioner has remained under suspension under the impugned order and though, other officers have been reinstated, the petitioner has not been reinstated till date.

Be that as it may, as the impugned order automatically comes to end, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The petitioner would prefer representation for reinstatement in the changed circumstances. The respondent authority shall consider
and decide the representation of the petitioner for revocation of suspension within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law.
