Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/01/2017 The petitioner was transferred vide order dated 01/10/2015 from school at Khopli to school at Amtibhata. The petitioner proceeded on maternity leave. Vide order dated 18/10/2016, the petitioner has been relieved. Though there are number of grounds raised in the petition, taking into consideration that transfer order was passed way back on 01/10/2015, pursuant to which, the petitioner has been relieved three months back i.e. on 18/10/2016, I am

not inclined to entertain the petition. The order was passed by the Collector, Durg. The petitioner may prefer representation to the competent authority i.e. the Collector, Durg to seek indulgence on the grounds raised in the petition.
