1. The present petition is filed for seeking a direction against the respondent authorities to decide the demarcation of the land of the petitioner.

2. Learned State counsel along with the Revenue Inspector would submit that the demarcation has already been carried out and certified copy of the demarcation report is placed for perusal, which in turn is handed over to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the grievance as projected by the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, the petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as infructous.
