Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue pertains to the land acquisition wherein the multiplier has wrongly been applied. He would submit that in the earlier round of litigation in WPC No.3285/2018 (Annexure P-8) on 03.12.2018 this Court has passed the following order :
"In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner shall move a representation before the concerned Collector (Land Acquisition)-respondent No.2 within a period of 4 weeks from today. Thereafter, the said Collector shall decide the representation within 10
weeks from the date of the State Government's fresh Notification in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thereafter the petitioner has made a representation Annexure P-11 to the State in the year 2019 and therefore the State authorities may be directed to decide the same.

Learned State counsel would submit that it would be decided in accordance with the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court in the earlier round of litigation.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, at this stage, to decide the representation, the respondent No.2 i.e. the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 90 days. Considering the time which has been passed, the petitioner shall also be at liberty to file a fresh representation along with the copy of this order. 5.
With such observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
