The transfer order passed way back on 28.06.2016 is under challenge on personal difficulties including illness. 2.

It appears that the petitioner did not file any petition before this Court for the last six months and only in the month of July, 2016. The transfer passed on 28.06.2016 is sought to be challenged. 3.

Upon being enquired, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no representation has been made to the Government as such though representations were made to some authority.

Considering the circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to entertain this petition because the petitioner has approached this Court after an inordinate delay. However, it would be open for the petitioner to prefer a representation to the transferring authority and if such representation is preferred to the transferring authority, the same shall be considered and decided as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of representation. 5.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
