1. The relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to take the custody of his minor daughter a HIV Patient who at present is residing at
respondent no.5 under the care and control of the respondents 3 & 4.
2. Learned State counsel submits that it seems that the petitioner has not moved any application for the custody of his daughter and the moment the petitioner moves an application, the same shall be considered and decided at the earliest in accordance with the rules.
3. Given the said submission by the State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to move an application before the respondents 3 & 4 within 15 days from today and respondents 3 & 4 in turn, as the case may be, shall consider the same in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application of the petitioner.
