The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to take an early decision for acting upon the order Annexure P/2 dated 04.12.2020, whereby the petitioner has been allotted the quarter No. DNK-35 located at Mana Camp Raipur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that though almost 10 months have passed after the order of allotment has been made, the petitioner has not got the occupation of said quarter.

Without further entering into the merits of the case, since there is already an order of allotment in favour of the petitioner as early as on 04.12.2020, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents authorities to take all necessary steps in ensuring that the order of allotment is acted upon at the earliest. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
