There is a prayer for extension of time for compliance of order dated 06.09.2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.4498 of 2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants gives up his prayer for modification of the order and confines only to prayer for extension of time to comply with the direction issued by this Court on 06.09.2016.

Taking into consideration the ground urged in the application, I am inclined to extend the period of compliance for further period of two months from the date of expiry of the period earlier allowed vide order dated 06.09.2016.
