Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that respondent No. 3 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) has not considered the letter / notification dated 04.01.2017 issued by the respondents / State regarding payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount to the petitioners till this date.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue)/ Land Acquisition Officer, Kota District Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioners for payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
