1. The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking restoration of M.C.C No. 350/2020.

2. The instant M.C.C. has been filed within the prescribed period of limitation.

3. M.C.C. No. 350/2020 was dismissed by Registry on 04.08.2020 on account of non-compliance of order of this Court dated 30.06.2020.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the reasons assigned in para No. 6 of the instant M.C.C., this Court is satisfied that there is sufficient reason for non-compliance of order of this Court dated 30.06.2020.

5. Consequently, the instant M.C.C. is allowed subject to the condition precedent that applicant will pay Rs. 500/- cost to each non applicant. After the payment of the cost,S the said M.C.C. No. 350/2020 be restored to its original number.

6. The M.C.C. is disposed off accordingly.
