The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming amount of Rs.11,66,256/- which is not being paid to the petitioner despite request being made by him for the services availed by respondent No. 4. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Since, the dispute being contractual in nature, this cannot be adjudicated in this writ petition as it involves the disputed question of law. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from making a representation before the respondent No. 4 which may be considered by the said authority in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with above stated observation. No cost(s).
