Also heard on application for restoration of First Appeal No.212/2005 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 18.01.2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of First Appeal No.212/2005. 5.
