1. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that this case is cognizable by Central

Administrative Tribunal constituted under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with Notification No.

S.O.727(E) dated 31.03.2010 issued by Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance and Pension (Department of Personnel and Training).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition to file the case before the Tribunal.

3. In view of the above, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
