The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief to direct respondent authorities to grant him regular pay scale from 06.03.1984 along with increments and arrears with interest. 2.

The petitioner is working as Lab Technician and posted in the office of Joint Director, Department of Veterinary Services, Raipur. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondents No.2 & 3

to decide his pending representation dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P-7) within stipulated time.

Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondents No.2 & 3 shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P-7) expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
