Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 16.09.2015 passed by the Family Court, Korba directing the applicant to pay Rs. 1500/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent. Counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if directed is issued to the Family Court to decide the main case itself expeditiously.

The submission made by Shri Rao appears to be reasonable. The Family Court, Korba is directed to decide the main case itself as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the next date of hearing. The revision is accordingly disposed of. However, the applicant is directed to deposit the interim maintenance as directed by the Family Court. It would be the duty of the applicant to apprise the Court below about the passing of this order.

Registry is also directed to send copy of this order to the Family Court, Bilaspur.
