1. The dispute in the present Writ Petition pertains to the appointment of the Respondent No. 05 as an Anganwadi Worker under Gram Panchayat: Tetardih, Anganwadi Centre at Bhawanipur, District: Balrampur-Ramanujganj, (C.G.).

-22. Against the said appointment, the Respondent No. 05 and the petitioner have already preferred an appeal before Collector under the rules vide appeal dated 07.05.2019 and the said appeal till date has not been decided.

3. Given the said fact that, the petitioner has already availed the statutory alternative remedy available to her under the Rules, this Court is of the opinion that the present Writ Petition in its present form, at this juncture may not be maintainable.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed-off with a direction to the Respondent No. 02 to decide the appeal of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

5. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the Respondent No. 2, so far as the Order passed by this Court is concerned.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
