Agrawal Order On Board 08/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's 8 months' salary has not been paid to him, for which he has made representation to the District Education Officer, Surajpur, which has not been decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No. 3 to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, the District Education Officer, Surajpur is directed to consider and decide the pending representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to file additional representation, if any, along with the relevant documents.
