1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to decide his appeal Annexure P3 dated 11.03.2018.

3. The petitioner is a constable posted at Chhattisgarh 6th Battalion, Raigarh.

4. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may

be disposed off giving direction to respondent No.1 to decide his pending appeal Annexure P3 dated 11.03.2018 which has been preferred against the order dated 16.01.2018 Annexure P1 and 17.01.2018 Annexure P2 within stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off with this direction that if the Annexure P3 is pending then respondent No.1 shall dispose off the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
