(2) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there had been bona-fide reasons for non-appearance and nonrepresentation of the applicant on the date of hearing, therefore, the order passed for dismissing the revision petition for nonprosecution on 3.8.2021 may be set-aside and the revision petition be restored.

(3) After considering the reasons mentioned in the petition, I feel inclined to allow this petition at the motion stage. The order dated 3.08.2021 passed in Cr.R. No. 681/2020 is set aside and the same is restored to its original number.
