1. Considering the fact that the order under challenge is one which was passed on 23.08.2018 and the order also been only that of cancellation of the order of transfer dated 19.08.2018, this court is of the opinion that the only recourse available for the petitioner now is to approach the higher authorities in the department by making appropriate representation for ventilating his grievances.

2. Accordingly, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to approach the authorities by way of a suitable representation, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of.
