At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter relates to transfer and as the effect and operation of the transfer order has been kept in abeyance under judicial order and the order could not be given effect to, the aforesaid petitions, at this stage, may be disposed off with liberty to respondents to pass fresh transfer order, in case of exigency or public interest warrants. 3.
In view of the joint submission of learned counsel for the parties, these petitions are finally disposed off with a direction that the transfer order in respect of each of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. However, it would be open for the respondents to pass fresh order of transfer in respect of each of the petitioner, taking into consideration the exigency or public interest so warrants.
