Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred by order dated 23/08/2019 from Regional Transport Office, Durg to District Transport Office, Dantewada. Against such transfer the petitioner made a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee of transfer wherein by order dated 30/10/2019 after consideration of case of the petitioner the High Power Committee recommended for cancellation of the transfer of the petitioner which is filed as Annexure P-4. It is contended that subsequently no orders have been passed for joining of the petitioner at a particular place and the salary has not been paid, therefore the petitioner may be given liberty to make a representation before the respondents No.2 and 3 to pass suitable orders for cancellation of the transfer.

Learned State counsel would submit that before recommendation of the cancellation of the transfer order was made, the petitioner was relieved on 13/09/2019.

Be that as it may, since transfer order has been recommended to be cancelled by High Power Committee by Annexure P-4 dated 30/10/2019 and the committee has been formed by the State, it is expected that the State would follow the recommendation of committee according to the policy itself. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation within a period of two weeks from today before the respondents No.2 & 3 alongwith the order of recommendation of the cancellation of transfer. On receipt of such representation, the respondents No.2 & 3 shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days.
