While the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the authorities to comply with the order passed by the Collector on 05-10-2015 in the revision filed by the petitioner, on the ground that the said order has remained under challenge, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that he never knew about the said order and he contemplates to challenge the order. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents could not satisfy this

Court that the order passed by the Collector has been challenged and there was any interim order against the execution of the said order. 4.

In view of above, at this stage, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondents to take necessary steps as per the order of the Collector. It is, however, made clear that this order shall not come in the way of respondent No.4 in taking recourse to such remedy as may be available to him, if he feels aggrieved by the order dated 05-10-2015 passed by the Collector.
