1. The present petition is only for consideration of the application moved by the petitioner for counter signature of the regular stage carriage permit on the route Raigarh to Jashpur via Gharghoda, Dharmajaigarh, Pathalgaon, Kansabel, Kunkuri and one return trip daily.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application though was filed long back on 29/03/2019 the same remains undecided and as such the respondent No.1 authority may be directed to consider and decide the same.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
