1. The present Appeal arises out of Crime No.2/2020, registered at Police Station AJAK, Surajpur, District Surajpur for offence under Sections 307, 294, 506-B & 323/34 of the IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) & 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
