1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for benefit of two advance increments in his salary
w.e.f. July, 2000 for completion of degree / diploma in education at his own expenditure, which has not been granted to him.
2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the competent authority within four weeks from today and that will be considered and decided by the competent authority within six weeks after receipt of representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
3. With the aforesaid direction / observation the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
