Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not being treated properly as he is mental patient. Under the facts and circumstances, it is directed that the Jail Authorities shall treat the applicant properly and the communication to this aspect be made by the Advocate General office to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
