The petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of transfer order dated 30.07.2016 by which, he has been transferred. 2.

The petitioner has already preferred a representation which has not been decided till date.

As the petition has been filed before this Court challenging transfer order dated 30.07.2016, I am not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. But at the same time, it has to be observed that where the Government employee prefers a representation against transfer, the same is required to be considered consistent with transfer policy dated

11.06.2016. The representation of the petitioner now be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
