The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 05.02.2016 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Katghora, District Korba. 2.

The petitioner had an interim order in her favour vide order dated 12.02.2016 and since then the petitioner is continuing to discharge her

duties at Bilaspur.

Considering the lapse of time after the interim order was granted, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve, if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order of transfer Annexure-P/1 so far as the petitioner is concerned any further reserving their right to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency if arises.
