This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a limited direction to respondents to consider his representation dated 03.12.2013. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, upon promotion, was transferred to Janpad Panchayat Duldula, District Jashpur where the petitioner is finding difficulty to continue because of his personal difficulties and has prayed that he be transferred back to Janpad Panchayat Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa. The representation was made by the petitioner way back on 03.12.2013.

It appears that the petitioner has some grievance with regard to his place of posting. This matter which is required to be looked into by the competent authority, who may consider and decide the petitioner's representation as early as possible. However, it is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the case. It will be open for respondent No.3 to consider and take a decision. Only observation of this Court would be that decision should be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
