1. In view of letter dated 2.3.2015 (Annexure P-4) issued to the petitioner during pendency of the petition, on the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the State was granted time to seek instructions.

2. Learned counsel for the State, however, submits that instructions are still awaited.

3. I find that during pendency of the petition, a letter has been issued to the petitioner by the District Education Officer proposing reconsideration of the case of the petitioner and the petitioner was asked to appear. Therefore, in these circumstances, it appears that pendency of this petition is coming in the way of re-consideration of petitioner's case.

4. The writ petition, at this stage, is finally disposed off with a direction to respon-

-2dent No.2/ District Education Officer to reconsider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in the matter within two months. In case the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition by moving appropriate application for recall of the order and restoration of the writ petition.
