1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent authorities to grant her annual increments after completed one year of service as is being granted to Smt. Rashmi Tamrakar and to pay arrears.

2. The petitioner is working as Assistant Grade III and posted at PWD Durg Division, Durg.

3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by directing respondents No.2 & 3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated

07.06.2018 (Annexure P-4) within stipulated time.

4. I have heard counsel for the petitioner.

5. Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed off with this direction that respondents No.2 & 3 shall decide such representation dated 07.06.2018 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
