Agrawal Order On Board 18/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been granted compensation of Rs. 2 lakhs for the death of her husband due to electrocution. He submits that further compensation be granted to the petitioner for the death of her husband.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file civil suit for additional compensation, that will be considered and decided before the jurisdictional civil court strictly in accordance with law.
