Sam Koshy Order On Board 18/07/2018 The sole ground that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation which the petitioner has made so far as the non inclusion of her name for the second round of training programme is concerned. 2.

The prayer of the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of at the motion stage itself with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner i.e. Annexure P-6 as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days form today. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of respondent no.2.
