Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at this stage the applicant wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the repeat bail application after the examination of injured Akash.

In view of such submission, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to move a bail application before the learned Court below after the examination of Akash.
