The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the transfer of the petitioner from Raipur Forest Division to Balod Forest Division which adversely affect his seniority. 2.

The transfer order was passed way back on 30.07.2016. The petitioner did not file any petition for the last six months challenging the transfer order. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. The petitioner has already made a representation. The representation shall be considered and decided keeping specifically dealing with petitioner's apprehension of loss of seniority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

The petition is disposed off.
